Panel Wood Door Structure
The door stiles are constructed with a combination of solid wood strips and MDF, providing enhanced strength and resistance to warping. The entire surface is evenly coated with white primer, making it easy for users to apply their desired topcoat. The panels are made from 8mm MDF, also finished with white primer for a smooth and paint-ready surface.

The entire surface is evenly coated with white primer, making it convenient for users to apply custom paint colors. The panels are made from either 5mm frosted tempered glass or 5mm clear tempered glass, with the surface also primed in white for a uniform, paint-ready finish.

In North America, jambs typically have a width of 117mm and a thickness of 30mm. They are made of pine wood, with an anti-split groove at the bottom. The surface is also coated with white primer for a smooth, paint-ready finish.
Pre-drilled lock hole and hinge pockets
We typically use an international standard bore for spherical (knob-style) locks, and the hinge cutouts are made for standard American 3.5″ x 3.5″ round corner hinges, as shown in the image on the right. However, we can also pre-machine the lock and hinge locations according to the specific hardware samples provided by the customer.
Regarding the Packaging Method
We offer two packaging options:
The first is pre-hung packaging, and the second is separate packaging for the door slab and door frame. Each method has its own advantages.
In this packaging method, the door slabs and jambs are packed separately — one pallet for the door slabs and another for the jambs. The main advantage of this method is that it significantly increases loading efficiency and helps reduce shipping costs
In the other method, the doors are pre-hung, with the door slab and jamb fully assembled and packed together on a single pallet. The key advantage of this option is that it saves on installation labor and time at the job site.
